Technical requirements for built-in electric push rod

In the technical field of metal plate push-pull equipment currently used, the lower end of an electric push rod is arranged in a hollow spindle, and the lower end of the electric push rod is inserted and fixed in the shaft hole of a sliding ring, thus solving the problem that the existing material frame can not effectively and quickly adjust the coil radius, making the material frame more stable and therefore more practical. The current structure of a novel electric push rod belongs to the technical field of equipment electric lifting doors, and includes the provision of a transmission module.


It is connected to the transmission module through a thrust bearing, and the screw connects the fixing device with the fixing device and presses against the thrust bearing. The lower end of the screw is provided with a locking device, and the screw includes a bearing part, a connecting part and a locking part. The design is reasonable and the structure is novel. The anti-loosening device is applied to the fixing device to prevent the electric push rod from being used, which obviously improves the stability of operation and effectively handles the reliability of the electric push rod.


At present, the electric push rod is used, which mainly solves the technical problem that the existing electric push rod is easy to be damaged in the use process, and cooperates with the transmission mechanism. The upper tube is located at the periphery of the screw rod and combined with the rotation of the screw rod to make the upper tube move axially, so the bracket is installed on the surface of the outer tube. The electric push rod is designed to establish a fulcrum on the outer surface of the tube. When in use, the force acts on the bearing seat of the outer tube and effectively extends the stroke of the push rod to prevent the gearbox of the motor and the push rod from being generated.


At present, the actuator can be controlled by a stroke electric push rod. The stroke includes a stepping motor and a reducer. The reducer is fixedly installed at the bottom of the stepping motor and is provided with a pin ring plate near the upper part of its side. At present, the novel actuator can be controlled by a stroke electric push rod. Through the cooperation of the above-mentioned related structures, the problems existing in the prior art are solved, and the use effect is better.
