U12 Side wall ventilation wall electric push rod for exhaust. This actuator is specially designed to open and close the agricultural air inlet, and is widely used in animal husbandry and breeding plants to adjust the air quality of farms with a complete set of environmental ventilation control system. U12 has a starting weight of 450kg, a power capacity of 350kg and a travel range of 200-1200mm.

Step 1: Select an installation position supported by the structural frame of the building. The installation unit uses bolts. Note: Figure 2.1 shows some ways to install U12 on the wall. Other methods are possible and may need to be based on different wall conditions. (that is, close to the cement wall).

Step 2: Install hand winch, bracket, pulley, etc. Ensure that all cables will not interfere with the normal operation of doors and windows. Note: Make sure all pulleys are aligned with each other, otherwise the cable and pulleys will fail prematurely.
Step 3: Connect the curtain cable to the actuator. We suggest threading the cable and fixing it with a cable clamp. See Figure 2.2. When connecting the cable, make sure that the drive is in the closed position (not extended). This will ensure that the manual winch has enough cables to allow the operation of the air inlet.
Step 4: Tighten the slack in the cable with a hand winch until all entrances are completely closed and sealed. Place a cable clamp or tape on the cable near the hand winch to ensure that the cable will not be tightened after this point. Which may damage the building or entrance settings). See figure 2.3.

Step 5: If feedback control of potentiometer is used, the calibration control shall follow its instructions.

4. Pulley configuration
There are many different possible pulley arrangements that can affect the maximum load and rate at which the air inlet opens and closes.
Figures 4.1 to 4.5 show some different options available.
Warning: The head bracket must be correctly aligned with the actuator, otherwise the actuator will fail.

7. Building layout
U12 can be installed vertically or horizontally on the wall or on the ceiling. These different import systems and building configurations. The following list shows some of the more common installation locations. See Figure 5.1 -5.2.
Note: U12 dynamic load capacity is 3500 n; However, unless all pulleys, pulley brackets, cables and winches can bear this load, you should not use its maximum load to load the loader group. The friction of pulley, static pressure and gust should also be considered, which will have a great impact on the load.
